Timeline

The KIETS Climate Leaders Program runs from January 1 through December 31 of the same year. This is the timeline of major events for the 2023 cohort of Scholars and Faculty Mentors.

  • September 7, 2022 – Request for Application posted
  • Extended to October 31, 2022 – Applications due by 11:59 pm EST
  • December 14, 2021- Scholar cohort 2023 announced
  • January – December, 2023 – Monthly forum
    (~ 2 hrs in evening once a month [including summer months], date/time TBD)
  • May 8-10, 2022 – Climate Leadership Academy Intensive Program
  • Fall, 2023 – Climate Leadership Symposium (September 29-29, 2023)
